It felt so weird to return to drawing actual objects! I chose the flowers I got for myself as part of the self-care I realized I needed because of Experiment #4. I was so focused on matching the colors and lines that I forgot how short 10 minutes can be. I sped up a bit, and was surprised how small the final piece was. It was constrained to the lower portion of the paper, and I liked the colors but knew I could’ve spent a lot more time on it.
