Here’s the Transmission, but in words:
We live in a Both-And world, not Either-Or.
Sometimes people get stuck in feeling a lack of love, that there’s not enough to go around. There is! Just shake off the cobwebs of fear and awaken to your own love within. Expand it, like light growing brighter, and find your faith in the universe. Take the steps you need to, to reach your goals, but also hold “don’t know” mind, to allow for the external world to do it’s part too.
Let go of worry. Breathe and know that you are safe. You are Loved. Everything is wonderful right now, and will be in the future.
